Frank Webb was a professional artist for more than 70 years and one of "Cheap Joe" Miller's close friends. Frank taught a number of workshops at Cheap Joe's Art Stuff headquarters in Boone NC along with hundreds of workshops across the USA and around the world. His paintings have received more than 125 major awards, and in 2019 Frank was honored by the American Watercolor Society as a Living Legend, the first in their 153-year history.
